System Overview

Our Plate Heat Exchanger Helium Leak Detection System is purpose-built to solve common production challenges: slow batch testing, inconsistent leak detection accuracy, high helium consumption costs, and difficulty meeting global export compliance requirements.

Built on helium mass spectrometry leak detection principles, our system uses 100% helium as a tracer gas to deliver unmatched precision in both internal and external leak testing. With two independent dedicated stations—one optimized for internal leakage detection between plate chambers, and the other for external leakage testing to the atmosphere—our system enables parallel, uninterrupted testing, reducing production cycle time without compromising quality.
